Shop
The first thing you need to do is go to your local home improvement store and shop for window frosting. It will come in a can that looks like spray paint. You can have a salesman help you pick out the right brand.

Ventilate
After you buy the spray, you want to set up a well-ventilated work space. Take the window outside if possible. If not, open other windows in your home and use fans to get the air circulating. You might even want to wear a mask to protect your nose and mouth.

Clean the Window
A thorough cleaning is necessary so that you don?t trap any dirt in and ruin the finished look. Make sure you remove all the dust and dirt and let the window dry completely.

Tape It Up
Next you want to tape up the window frame. Cover up the areas where you don?t want to frost.

Prepare Spray
